At its foundation, The Burg Bar and Grill set out to serve a great burger every time, and they do not disappoint.

The Greek flare at the Burg is just killing it. The Burg (Gyro Feta Burger) is topped with gyro meat, tzatziki sauce made in-house, and feta cheese that is out of this world. Each burger is coming through with seriously good black Angus beef and some solid toppings.

6. El Cap

If you’ve got a good thing going on, why change?

El Cap has been serving up delicious burgers since 1964, and let’s pray they never change. Slide right in next to the regulars who’ve been coming here forever. The no-nonsense atmosphere gets down to business – there’s no need to dress up the food at El Cap.

Keeping it classic, their most famous burger is the World Champ. Simple and satisfying, you’re looking at lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onion – that’s it. But it’s so good. Many people say it’s hands-down the best in town.

9. The Library

There’s so much more to The Library than just a great burger.

Yes, they have a stellar menu with burgers that are to die for, but the purpose of this place is noteworthy.

The Library is on the campus of Johns Hopkins Children’s Hospital, so it serves visitors and staff of the hospital. It’s inspired by the generosity of Johns Hopkins and his good friend George Peabody. These two men used their wealth to improve society. In Baltimore, Hopkins opened the medical university and Peabody a major library. You’ll see the decor at The Library echoes this.

Okay, so the food. The Prime Burger is downright scrumptious. With American cheese, bacon, crispy onions, and black truffle aioli, it’s gourmet goodness. Just about everything on the menu is perfection.

10. Datz

Datz has built a following. With three locations in Florida and numerous mentions on shows nationally (like Good Morning America), the fans are known far and wide.

What’s the draw? The killer burgers.

Datz goes above and beyond, putting two Brasstown grass-fed beef patties on each. All the burgers on the menu are great, but the Cheesy Todd gets its own shoutout. It comes with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickle on two bacon-jalapeño mac n’cheese “buns.”  Yum!
